The Future of Awaji Island Region
Duration: May to September 2005 Objectives: Let students experience the different spatial and temporal scales of their island and find out their impact scale, where they can contribute to a wanted future. Methods: Teaching, studio and presentation work are mixed in 12 course units with changing emphasize; a) landscape analysis, 5 units; b) planning in the landscape for the people, 4 units; and c) reflection, 3 units. In addition several excursions and individual discussions upon request. |
